Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped 24 hours of receipt of the order on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays). No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery may take up to 5 working days depending on the location of your shipping address. Express freight does not guarantee overnight delivery see Next Business Day Express Post Network

We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.

Size Exchange

If you would like to return your purchase for a size exchange, you have the ability to do so within 14 days of receipt of your invoice. Goods must be returned to the following address within the 14 day return period and be in the original condition and packaging that they were received in. The purchaser will be responsible for all associated freight costs involved in the return process, including the freight cost to return the correct size. If the goods are returned not in the original condition, Clay & Hunt may decline to exchange the size.

Returns Policy & Process

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact Clay & Hunt to discuss the issue and we will assist you by way of assessment for a potential exchange. Items must be returned to Clay & Hunt Product Returns within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags). All returned goods must have the purchaser’s contact details attached to the item together with a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice/order receipt). Please allow an additional 14 days from the day you return your product for your exchange product to be redelivered.

Faulty Items

If you consider an item is faulty, please contact Clay & Hunt to discuss the issue. You will then be instructed to please return the goods to Clay & Hunt Product Returns with your contact details and the reason for the return.

If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Clay & Hunt will replace or refund the item. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type and we will contact you. Please note, it the product is deemed not to be faulty, the purchaser will be responsible for all associated freight costs to return the item to the purchaser.

If You Change Your Mind

Clay & Hunt is unable to accept items that have been used, worn, washed or embellished. Change of mind returns will not be exchanged or refunded.
